ROH officials have been obsessed with dude becoming champ for like 2 years. This shyt was forced imo. ROH loves putting the titles and on dudes and then letting the belt legitimize them. It's worked in the past but I felt like Cole should've kept it for a while. Thought they would want him & Omega to be champs at the same time.
