Hate to break-up the party, but y'all do know starting the last couple years, the artist that performs during superbowl halftime now has to pay the NFL a fee to do the performance? It's easy for Rihanna & Jay-Z to turn down doing the superbowl haltime show knowing they would have to pay a fee to do it nowadays instead of getting a check to do it like in the past.
