She down the ting breh one those brands u implying about owns her lineShe completely changed the game. Before Fenty Beauty, some brands had a large range of skin tones in their lines. Most didn't. When FB dropped it had 40, including 10 plus for dark skin. Fast forward a year later and all I keep seeing from all of these brands is "now in 40 plus shades". Too late. Rihanna capitalized on a need in the market and women kept FB's darker shades sold out for months. It's only a year old yet it is just as or more popular than decades old established brands. Iconic!!!

ONCE AGAIN...
SHE OWNS THE TRADEMARK ON THE NAME.
HE CANT USE THE NAME.
END OF STORY
She can't own Fenty...it's a last name..
He owns Fenty entertainment...and she is trying to block him for using Fenty based on fraud....not cause she owns it.
Can You Trademark a Surname? It Depends...
In layman terms, this means that you would have to establish that consumers in the marketplace now view your mark as a reference to your company, and not as a reference to your last name. So yes, it’s entirely possible to trademark a last name
