This is one of my pet peeves that labels do now.

This is just a collection of old songs with a new single on top of it. I'm seeing this happen more now, where labels are stretching the product something serious by just reissuing old songs as new EPs, or even worse, br along albums down to smaller EPs, and putting them out after the original album was released.

For example, these motherfukkers broke up Detroit 2 by Big Sean into four EPs.

You go off what gets issued to DSPs, he had six releases last year. It's really just a reissue of the original Detroit, and five random EPs with collections of old tracks.

I thought they wouldn't be able to top the shamelessness of greatest hits collections, but they've found a way.
