John Cena was actually brilliant in this and deserves his flowers. I won't spoil anything about this but watch it when you can. It is funny as hell.

Come to think of it I agree. The Rock has an air of self consciousness about him. Cena commits fully to the bit and knows when to switch between slapstick and pathos. Like he literally made Peacemaker the DC equivalent of Deadpool arguably better.
