The reason why people don't get upset about other rappers who lie is for a number of reasons

1. No one really knows whose lieing and whose not.unless ur speaking about officer Ricky

2. Lieing about what types of guns you own, or lieing about how long u were in prison or how u grew up is a lot different then being a fukkin cop Breh.

A large part of Ross' appeal to me is dude is funny as fukk, and most of it is unintentional. His stories about his life just add to his mystique and persona to me.

I give him props for completely shattering hip-hop "keep it real" orthodoxy and just saying "Hey look at me, I'm completely full of shyt but you will like my music" and still managing lasting success. Him lying about the C.O. thing is funny, but that's no reason to hate on him. Also most rappers are fake, he's just the most extreme example. Many of you dissing Ross consider the guy in my avatar the GOAT as do I, but there is a bit of a contradiction if you condemn Ross for his fakeness but praise the guy who wrote It Was Written. Nas isn't AS fake as Ross, but you would have to draw some arbitrary line of acceptable fakeness somewhere to justify yourselves.
