Ross was speaking specifically on his homie and taking about whatever he did to get that money which he didn’t want to speak on in detail.

The pandemic made everyone think about how to approach the next pandemic which will likely not be as a strong as a response as previous before due to the issues it caused with the economy and schooling for kids.

Also funds will likely not be given out so freely due to the concern it had on inflation.

That was a wild time and none of us experienced a global pandemic on that measure in our lives so some things were unorthodox in terms of measures in how to address the pandemic.
