Genius move by Ross to completely capture the spotlight while simultaneously hinder some of Drake's momentum from his diss / Like That response reveal
Dude even finessed an exclusive world premiere by Drake's top media ally Akademiks by sending the mp3 to him while he was on stream without a title via Sam Sneak - which made Ak play the song live to the 10s of thousands of zoomers and gen alpha tuned in for the Drake diss breakdown. And this is right after Drake was tryna align all the streamer youth on his side by sampling Akademiks and name dropping Kai Cenat on the diss.
Ross is the real winner in this beef so far and this is a much better diss than Story of Addidon.

Ironically it seems all the disses are doing pretty well on the Charts. "Like That" is now #1 for 3 Straight Weeks. Regardless of Cole's apology, "7 Minute Drill' Debuts at #6 (The 2nd half of the song is actually pretty hard to me, it's the 1st half I don't like). Drake did not put his track on streaming services yet (Probably sample clearances sampling Big) but I'm sure it will chart when he does. Ross joint was not going for the clubs but it's gotten a lot of streams (Still #2 Trending on Youtube). Well see if he ends up making the charts.
I am far from a Drake fan, never mind Drake stand... But the truth is if you know todays youth... They do not care one ounce, and these times will pass with no scars for either artist. Different days, today
