Triple net lease.NNN?
Landlord owns property, tenant responsible for damn near all payments, utilities/rent/taxes etc.
Hella exploitative tbh, but if you got great stable tenants it's ideally the way to own.
Triple net lease.NNN?
Bodied his fraudulent ass . Everyone knew it, Ross was the one to say it out loud.
Hopefully Aubrey can finally fade away like his hero Peter Pan .
They up here typing furiously in dockers with no drawers onThe Bawse hit a nerve with non melanated set.
He did directly mention him, it was “white boii”This shyt hard. Wish he woulda directly mentioned Aubrey name more tho.
Please stop lying about his diss not doing anything. It’s clearly the reason why he’s dealt with like he is today.Yall way too hyped off this..
Its cool. How will this light shyt put a dent in Drake tho?
Pusha diss is top tier nuclear shyt, and it did nothing..
Mods crashing out over OVONobody is reading this dissertation breh. Sit back and enjoy the fukkery like everyone else.
Drake took 3 weeks and Ross took 3 hours. Was this one of the quickest responses to a diss record in rap history? Seriously like 2-3 hours later it was out. Also Ross did kinda undercut Drakes diss and slow its momentum. Ross has been trending for 12 hours straight. Drake's rollout was terrible for his diss. Weeknd, the R&B N!gga now has an etherous bar talking about "Leaks in your crew". Someone leaked the song unfinished. People weren't even sure if it was authentic. Then by the time the real diss drops, Ross has his joint out. That what happens when you write your own sh!t. Ross is like "Say something else, I will be right back in the booth on your a$$". Ross for the most part has always gave Drake props, he clearly has his reason why he's upset now. (Sending subs, French etc)
Ross basically Little Bro'ed Drake and reminded him where he came from. He's basically saying "Why you talking about Hits when I was a bigger Star than you when we met?". The line about Drake's ghostwriters eating and having money he should have was etherous too. Along with "Cut & Paste" Flow line. Like Pusha, Ross went into the psychology of it. Drake was basically like a nerdy kid when he first came out that wanted to hang with the cool kids. Ross brought that back and reminded him who he really was. (You like one of the White Boys that wanted to hang with the Crew), Ross has this "I don't give a damn" Attitude when he raps. Also the Beat wasn't happy or club or pop. He wasn't trying to get on the charts. It was just a hard diss. It was one of those Mafioso type beats that Ross is known for. It literally sounded like a funeral or Godfather type ish.
