The thing is that the people he signed do not talk shyt about him, he and Russell mentored cats that wanted to be mentored. Normal cacs are not out mentoring people, they are trying to fukk over everyone for their advancement. No slave contracts, mentoring street nikkas to be real men, backing them in trouble and on.
