It's a serious case, I think it's likely Ross will work a plea bargain out, that may result in jail time. If they have the testimony of the victim, and he'll testify in court...Of course, Ross counsel can cross, and destroy/undermine his credibility, but Ross won't make for the most likable defendant either, esp. in that courtroom. He doesn't want to take this to trial. I don't know how strong the D.A's case is, besides an eyewitness. I believe the charges are mostly true, I think he and his goons, or his goons at his direction hit this dude, and dragged him in the house, and threatened him.

If they plea bargain:

Best case: 5 years probation

Worst case: Drop all the charges, except assault, 2 years custody.

A chick pulled at his shorts/possibly tried to grab his dikk at one of his shows and he kicked her. Got 6 months in jail for that. He was supposed to get out today but then they arrested him as he was released for an outstanding weapons warrant in Illinois.
