It's a serious case, I think it's likely Ross will work a plea bargain out, that may result in jail time. If they have the testimony of the victim, and he'll testify in court...Of course, Ross counsel can cross, and destroy/undermine his credibility, but Ross won't make for the most likable defendant either, esp. in that courtroom. He doesn't want to take this to trial. I don't know how strong the D.A's case is, besides an eyewitness. I believe the charges are mostly true, I think he and his goons, or his goons at his direction hit this dude, and dragged him in the house, and threatened him.
