13 years as their coach. Mark said that Rick was safe and that he trusts him with the team last week, this was purely ricks decision. Probably based on Donnie leaving and tension with Luka

No idea, maybe a Dallas breh had more info but there definitely seems to be a lot of internal drama and lack of clarity with how to handle the team
