Dude wasn't that smart, relied mostly on being an edge-lord for d.umb wignats and having the fear factor(fear of unknown) around him. A lot of people just feared him or his "actions" because they didn't know him at all or never took the time to listen to him debating someone knowledgeable about history or sociology.
It's like people who grew up fearing Dahmer and Bundy because the media portrayed them as some super smart individuals that were just far ahead of everyone. But then you go see their interviews or court sessions and see them struggling to make a basic and coherent argument. You realize that they were just white and white media loves to make them more than what they truly are. "They were not just sadistic and impulsive criminals, they were actually extremely intelligent and could fool anyone."
Spencer didn't even know that Christianity and cathedrals were created in the Middle East. He used to say that "Europeans invented Christianity and cathedrals", and it wasn't until Mediterraneans started trolling him and showing him the true architecture and achievements from his ancestors from Northern Europe that he changed his tone. That's when he became more moderate and started to lose the appeal among wignats.
PS: In my opinion, most of these extremists are the same. That's why they specifically target a certain group of black people and also constantly avoid a different set of black people that his willing to give them the same energy or higher.
