Pippen didn't shoot over 32% from three till year 6 on 2.7 threes per game. Breh, stop it. I know nostalgia is the way of life on this site but ya'll really look like idiots in overaction threads like this.

And this post right here proves that he has never watched a single game from that era basketball, look how many 3’s were taken during that era, period, now it’s spammed like a layup. During that time it was a totally different game, now it’s a shyt game which is why the ratings are all time bad. You got 7fters working on their 3 more than post moves in 2020

The messenger aside, is this a hot take or is Giannis really a 2nd option for a greater player?

I think he just needs to develop more. He’s 25, so he’s still got time and room for growth. But I’ve seen a few people on here agree with RJ’s sentiments.

Sometimes you have to learn to win.....and I know that sounds weird, but its true. And homerism aside, if Giannis comes to GS to learn how to win, he'll end up with rings for both hands.

Learning how to win takes many forms. Maybe Giannis can be like Dirk and win right where he is. Or maybe learning how to win is as simple as being the superstar Toronto needs right now. Obviously going to the Warriors, Lakers, Rockets, or heats would also bring him great opportunities to learn how to win.

It’s more than one way to do it.

Might be true. Dude has not shown the ability to take over games in the halfcourt. This is usually something you show before 25.

Bron must really fukk with J. Will. Think about all the stuff that people have said about him over the years and he never responded. It's not like he's never been called Pippen before. All those people were either trolls or haters though. J. Will has defended him before and even rode for him in the GOAT debate if I am not mistaken. Now if this is just the start of his "no fukks given" period, I am here for that as well.

was a stupid comment but I have never seen Bron get this mad, I guess the Pippen comment is his trigger
Dont add to the stupidity breh
That must’ve touched a nerve. Also what happened to “blackout” lebron? I thought the media told me he goes zero dark thirty and doesn’t use his phone or social media during the playoffs? :skip:
He said he wouldnt during the bubble, but maybe this is why he didnt.
Cuz he knows deep down he cost Wade a FMVP in 2011
HOwever, if we go this route...the irony is that him playing the Pippen role is why they didnt win the title. Wade played the Pippen role against Chicago...Heat win. Bron deferred to Wade...they lost.

Bron deserves blame for those finals...however that was just 1 series. Bron was the best player on the team in the playoffs until then.

Disclaimer: I don't believe in any way that Giannis ends up on the Dubs, BUT.....

If he does, it shouldn't matter since he's not that good, has no skill and needs to be Robin instead of Batman...

Right???

:mjlit:
Giannis goes to Toronto with their current core and they winning the chip first season
