I agree with him but the one thing he objects to (the degree)can be easily circumvented. Rich Paul can have be the owner of a sports agency and have sports agents with the required degree working for him which makes his agency legit.

But i understand the part about the gradual implementation thing too.

However one of my lifelong dream is to see the NCAA suffer a massive collapse. I wish more highschool players would sign up to play oversees and get paid rather than play for any college who does NOT pay them.

You see these Lebron fans conveniently ignore that part , you can’t pay someone to get 3 years experience for you. You can find someone to take all of your online classes to get your degree.

I think it's moreso the actual agent representing the student-athlete has to have a degree, not the agency itself. It directly would cut Rich Paul (in this case), out from representing a big name NBA prospect. HOWEVER, it does allow for the lesser known agents with a degree to get a solid foot in the game. Hell, more opportunity for them.

its called "positioning" instead of him playing the victim, he puts it in the perspective of the the ones coming into the field (cuz lets be real..at this point.. they cant touch him anymore)
if he says its about him, he is another black man complaining.. but if he says its about anyone from a background that cant afford a 4 years college degree, then he is just advocating for a cause.

the 4 years degree is still worse than 3 years experience... it basically means you can have an art degree..a basic communication degree and not know shyt about sports and your already in a better position than even players who failed to make the nba but dont have a 4 years degree. it's easier to intern than it is to get that 4 years degree unless your from a country with free or very cheap educations.
