Rich Boy dropped out of college to be a rapper. Now he’s 40, broke and living with his parents.

I feel like all this shyt should be legal, Grown men should be able to do w.e they want to do in the privacy of they own home.
nikka, all what shyt?

Wrong mindset.

Everybody not you fam. Ppl got addictions and mental illnesses that lead to real crime especially if shyt was free fall out here (think of the purge)

Has to be rules and regulations to the game.

Can’t say, “all THIS shyt should be legal” but not all THAT shyt

I can't stand when people say shyt like this. Just because you would do this shyt doesn't mean everyone has the same mindset as you. Everyone has Ups and downs in life you can go from the poorest of poorest to the riches of riches and visa versa. I'm sure there's a lesson he learned in life and he's still not late to achieve success again. It ain't about the times you fall it's the times you learn and get back up and keep going.
ONLY REAL PEEPS MALE OR FEMALE UNDERSTAND THIS.

Nah breh, don't use excuses for poor financial responsibility. That will keep you in the dark. You have to take accountability. Ups and downs? Sure if it's medical related. You give the right person $500k and best believe they'll be retired on good bread.

Yes he could've and should've bought a house(s) in Alabama and been good.

Real Estate and Stocks is the way to having a nest egg. If your mindset isn't in that direction then you'll be working till your death.

Everyone makes poor financial decisions doesn’t mean you can’t learn from them. Clearly Rich boy never had the financial literacy to be in the situation and was never taught the right way.

Everyone makes bad financial decisions but not everyone blows through $500k/$1 million or whatever the hell these 360 artists make. A lot of us on the coli would have hella bread right now if we had that money back then.

He should've spent some of the money to get some financial literacy. What was stopping him?

What was stopping him from buying a house cash? That's adult living 101. Property taxes in Alabama cheap, boy could be living rent free right now but with his parents at 40.:wow::ufdup: I wish no ill, but damn did he fukk up, he's 40 and needs to be grinding now. Time is of essence or he'll be a Wal-Mart greeter in his 70s

This is happening more often than people think.
EVERYBODY wants to be a rapper nowadays and they don't realize 1. It's a longshot, 2. The average career is about 5 years,3. The world tends to operate on supply and demand, and there are waaaaay more "rappers" than there is demand for currently.
Repped cause its true.
A lot of cats out there that have zero job skills and a scant resume cause they spent their time trying to blow up as a rapper. Spent all their money and studio time for nothing. Spent all their money on music videos that have been on YouTube since 2018 and only got 5,000 or less views. Got a mixtape or two sitting on datpiff with less than 500 downloads. Can't even get booked to open a show for a known rapper. Probably made they girl pay for studio time too. And now they sitting at home working a low level job or they completely unemployed.

This aint shytting on cats that have a passion and a job to fall back on or who don't put rap as their number one priority but rap money is not flowing like that.

Some context, since I’m from Mobile-
His family was well off before he started rapping. His dad who passed owned a liquor store for decades and they came up off of that. So for him to be living with family, especially if he is on some substances, or going thru other things, isn’t necessarily bad.

I pray for him because that area he was videoed in is an area known for crack activity. I hope he is not down bad, but if he is, maybe this will be the impetus to get him back on the right track
