Rich Boy dropped out of college to be a rapper. Now he’s 40, broke and living with his parents.

Not trying to be that guy but my wife went to high school with him at LeFlore and she said old dude was in special education classes.

Listening to some of his raps, while he’s good to ride to, you can tell something is a little off with dude.
If he managed to graduate from high school through a special education program then that is a good sign for the program - especially if he graduated from high school with a college acceptance and actually started the program at Tuskegee.

Nothing about his rap or demeanor in interviews indicates an intellectual or physical disability. He's clear and coherent, even through a heavy accent - which is INCREDIBLY common in Mobile.

Not to mention unfortunately some parents try and get their kids qualified for special ed just to get an extra check even if they don’t have a true problem.

When you are in special education, you graduate with a certificate, not a diploma. There is no way you are getting into Tuskegee with SPED classes on your transcript.

Also, he graduated before no child left behind so special ed students would have been in their own classes.

Leflore has a magnet section and a comprehensive section. He was in the comprehensive section of school. If I’m not mistaken he was class of 2001 with my sister. I can ask her for verification tomorrow.

And it also gets them extra time when taking standardized tests. It’s a poor man/rich man problem too because a lot of private school students are working the system too

You guys are going to discover, that outside of the 1% of rappers that transition into other entertainment ventures like film, tv, radio, or social media. You are probably doing better than alot of 40+ rappers.
Yup, you are definitely doing better than most of the drill rappers.
