So, this Heidi person and another flight attendant sued WWF (specifically Flair and Hall), then chose to settle it out of court...and now decide it is a good time to still release the accusations. I'm no expert on US law, but this seems to me a violation of the settlement terms.

I don't think Brock gets pulled from Crown Jewel, Vince & co probably take their chances on any backlash a month from now before pulling their main event from that show. But if there was any chance of Reigns dropping to him between now and then that's scrapped, it wasn't ever going to happen so Brock mostly skates
AEW can't touch Ric now imo, even if you tried to Max Castor it and bring him in after it dies down, he's Ric Flair not somebody nobody cares about trying to get heat like Castor. Plus the stuff with Guevara, Callis, Castor, now Flair fresh off this...that's too much.

Vince has accusations against him too, last thing he would have wanted was any heat from this. Unless AEW had already signed a contract with Flair they can't get out of should stay well away from him.

It's over. Even Flair can't survive cancel culture. There's no way AEW can debut Flair after the latest Dark Side episode. They don't need the bad PR with all the momentum they have. If Flair already signed a contract, just pay him and move on.

At some point the mainstream media gave up and said "Thats Wrestling, they're all a bunch of carnies". It actually made it worse cause people were expecting it to be like that and its even reflected in their peak times (Attitude/Ruthless Agression is practically trash tv)
Going back to PG (which is probably what Vince wanted so he could be like 85-95) was them also trying to rebrand themselves and be more corporate but its just masking what wrestling culture is
