I worked in a ALS unit at work for years and it was very depression. Watching people becoming ventilator dependent and eventually having to take them off life support was really depressing.

I hate seeing someone like that, but I don't think this was that big of a deal considering Mongo and his wife were wanting to spread more awareness about ALS to everyone.
