RG3 is a naturally more accurate and better passer than Newton.

His knees are dust now so he can't run like Cam does, which makes him one dimensional as he's still learning to read defenses. Moreover Cam has better pocket presence than RG3, which is an extremely important part of quarterbacking in the NFL. However, pocket presence can be improved over time. See Blaine Gabbert.
