Yea,
based on the tracks that leaked early,
the album was heading in the right direction..

Once the leaks came out it's like he said fukk it
and bullshytted through all the new recordings..

Back in the day, I always wondered when Eminem would fall off.

When I heard "Just Lose It," I knew.

There is a few decent tracks on there, but they are just that.. decent. The bad songs are terrible, the good songs are just okay. The worst part about the album is listening to it wondering how in the hell he thought songs like Big Weenie and Ass Like That were good.

Rain Man though, will always be one of my favorite Eminem songs for some strange reason..

The only reason Rain Man works is that he acknowledges he's applying absolutely no thought to his lyrics.

The rest of the album is depressing. The day I bought it, as soon as I heard Evil Deeds and felt nothing inside. I realised I'd purchased a coaster. Such a underwhelming opener for an Eminem album.

You can tell he was surrounded by yes men. And the drugs had stop working in a positive way.

Yeah, I think most of us were rightly disappointed when it first released, especially when you consider how good his first three albums were, but I recently realized that the album has a decent number of songs that I still play from time to time:

Never Enough
Yellow Brick Road
Like Toy Soldiers
Spend Some Time
Mockingbird
Ricky Ticky Toc

The rest was trash for the most part (Big Weenie alone probably disqualifies him from any top 5 discussions), but six songs that have managed to stand the test of time isn't bad.
6 soungs out of what? 14 or something? it's a horrible album

The main reason I can't seriously place dude in my top 5. This album is inexcuseable for someone of dudes caliber.

That's exactly how I knew I may be in for a bad/disappointing ride.
Usually I'd have this feeling in my stomach like I was about to "witness" something big.. I used to shut down my entire day an eminem album dropped. The fateful day I popped in Encore and heard Evil Deeds that feeling in my stomach quickly turned uneasy. I almost couldn't believe it.

Yall are tripping saying the lyrics here are better than Recovery. Crazy talk.
