I gave Locklear a 20 because she's clearly very attractive, but when you start talking about the Meagan Goods, Halle Berrys, Scarlett Johanssens, Megan Foxs, clearly even prime Locklear ain't in the same vein.

A good example of a low tier dime would be (to me) Chrissy Tiegen. To me she's a 21/22. You can see with a few tweaks in the face and body she'd be unfukkwittable, and she's clearly not average, but something isn't quite working. She's an "ugly" dime lol

Patrice O'neal left a lot, but his scale is one of the things that always stuck with me :russ:

This the 1st the time I'm ever hearing somebody go :hhh: to Heather Locklear in the 90's. She was still top tier IMO then.

Melrose Place..she was excellent. Very fresh. Platinum blonde...her coochie juice was heaven in 95 and 96.

Hee 80s look horrible compared how perfect she was in the 90s. Kristin Davis and Taylor aka Lisa Rinna had the best asses in Melrose history but that goes without saying.
