It's a little more nuanced than that.
In the
scale, because she's in the average/decent category, she's capped at 20 so she can't get higher. Basically 1-10 is "ugly" chicks, so obviously 1 is like horrifically busted, but a 10/10 ugly girl might be someone like... I dunno... Estelle? lol Or someone with a almost busted face but immaculate body
11-20 is average/decent looking girls.
21-30 is truly top tier.
I gave Locklear a 20 because she's clearly very attractive, but when you start talking about the Meagan Goods, Halle Berrys, Scarlett Johanssens, Megan Foxs, clearly even prime Locklear ain't in the same vein.
A good example of a low tier dime would be (to me) Chrissy Tiegen. To me she's a 21/22. You can see with a few tweaks in the face and body she'd be unfukkwittable, and she's clearly not average, but something isn't quite working. She's an "ugly" dime lol
