the dumb ass ref is an idiot. he took like two seconds to decide in his head burrow stepped out of bounds (he didnt) and he sounded the whistle late when ball was already well in the air. at that point its best to NOT sound the whistle. if anything instant replay or a challenge can rectify a bad call.

blowing the whistle in that situation is moronic.
