Simply one of the quintessential tunes of that era. Doesn't get played enough on "old school" mixes, so much memories. I remember I hadn't heard this song for about 15 years, but I knew every last word. One of my favorite songs ever

they play it all the time up here and on vh1 soul. hell, even mtv jams makes it a point to play that and/or another hi-five record when they do their crate-diggin.

yea. definitely a quintessential '90s record.

That shyt was wild. Especially in the middle of commercials them coming in talking about the member that just got locked up like a month ago for murder.


yea, i was sitting there thinking that alot of people had to be shell-shocked when they abrupty cut from the commercial and announced that new murder charge right after watching dude talking & looking like the safe member for the past 40 minutes. after all that tragedy, people were ready for the positive "where are they now" part, and they got sucker-punched with that chit. they probably cut out the part about treston irby getting shot 5 times cuz it was too much tragedy in the doc already.
