Depends on the exercise and what I'm doing. Yesterday I did back and chose a weight I would struggle to get about 8 reps. I did 5 reps, rested 20 seconds then repeated that twice then rested for a minute.
But I mostly rest for 60 seconds. Abs I may rest 15-20 seconds then continue etc. If I superset the same body part I most likely rest a minute thirty seconds.
Rack pulls I definitely rest for like 1 minute 45 seconds though cause that sh is taxing especially if you super set it with something.
Training for strength I rest typically two minutes, my body feels way too refreshed for me to go longer than that.
I would say my lifting stamina is through the roof.
