It's bittersweet in the sense that perhaps now Warrior will finally get the recognition he deserves as one of the greatest of all time. I think for a lot of people it took his passing for them to reflect on it and realize it.

Actually you could make the case that he's the greatest of all time period.

No Father To MY Style.. A Son Unique

this is prime example why wrestling in the 80s, growing up in that era, WAS THE ABOSLUTE BEST.

they cant do that shyt today. look at warrior. dude is larger than life. no amount of work rate, technical skills, or whatever smarks talk about to put down warrior can compete with that charisma. I thank the warrior for bringing something new to wrestling.

salute warrior. you hogan and mach will always represent the illest era of professional wrestling. Thank you vince for burying the hatchet just in time.

Seeing how proud his family was at the Hall of Fame makes this especially heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time.

He was a bonafide legend and I hope any of you with kids play them some Warrior classics. His appeal is timeless and they will love him too.

Tried to parallel his passing with something people at my job can relate to. Don't know if this fits 100% but I said this is like if Batman was real and he retired and passed away. He was a true superhero to us, more than Hogan with the facepaint and "forces" that fueled him. It's easy to lose your childhood as you grow up but seeing the Warrior always made me feel like a kid again, when you believed in heroes and saw the world as Right v Wrong, Good v Evil before becoming jaded by the real world.

He was "difficult" because he knew the power his character had and because he cared so much, we don't have any real blemishes on his resume to even discuss. Just the good times and fun he provided.

RIP Warrior, thanks for the memories.

This was one of my closest friends fave wrestler. He would dress up like him for our college football games to get ppl hyped up. Also because he pulled it off so well. His birthday is today and I know he probably shed a tear today. RIP Warrior:to:

Bashed wrestling as a whole and said we shouldn't be shocked when wrestlers die anymore.

I've hated that fakkit since Eddie Guerrero died. He shytted on wrestlers then, claimed that it shouldnt be news when they die, and he said he thought originally it was baseball player Eddie Gordado that died and it would've been a bigger deal had it been him.

:pacspit:

I hope that every anti wrestling, cheap shot taking pieces of shyt that try to demean wrestling and the wrestlers deaths have to deal with the agony and distress of a loss of a loved one like the fans and family members of wrestlers do.

Colin Cowherd has to be the biggest piece of shyt on radio and that's saying a lot

I heard about 20 minutes of him today on the radio on my way to work and he was on one for real especially when he started taking calls. He was saying that we shouldn't be surprised about wrestling deaths and was giving numbers. I have no problem with that because the facts are facts and that will never go away. But then he started taking calls and was just acting like a jerk. A lady called in and said she has been watching for years and that on Sunday her husband took them to WrestleMania for their wedding anniversary. You could tell she was emotional over it and everything. So what does Cowherd say??? He basically asks her well did you have sex after. I think he said something along the lines of did he "bodyslam" you later that night. I changed the station so I don't know how much longer he went on for. That whole time I did hear him he was calling wrestling fans "loners" and just going off like he had some kind of vendetta. Nothing about Ultimate Warrior. I could only hope someone from the WWE got wind of it and checks him one day. Because he totally deserves it.

I don't want to sound dumb or disrespectful, but is it really medically possible to accurately predict a death? Like to the exact day? It's all just so strange. It literally felt as if he knew exactly what was coming.
The old lion knows when it's time to wander alone into the wilderness, brother.

:damn: he was just here :to: RIP to one of the big 3 of my younger childhood. With savage and hogan. Hogan is the only one left :sadcam:.
And I'm not going anywhere for a good, long while, Hulkamaniacs. I still need my win back from Taker.

The thing about Warrior that places him so high on Mt WrestleMore was that he understood the most important thing about Wrestling: showmanship. That's something our generation knows very little of as we get giddy over Davey Richards doing 6x suplex chains from the top of the turnbuckle to the outside of the ring and cheer "this is awesome" and 3 minute resthold sequences after somebody takes a dragon suplex to the top of the head. He knew how to rock the crowd so to speak, and in entertainment, that's really all that matters. People tune in to see a show, he always gave a good one.

And on an unrelated note:
