Everyone involved in the career vs. career match at Mania 7 is dead now. And 3/4 of the people involved in the Mania 8 title match are gone now too. :to:

I remember back in the day when there were only like 3 WrestleMania matches were both opponents were dead (Andre/Studd, Elmer/Adonis, Von Erich/Dino Bravo) but now there's so many I lost count. Savage/Warrior, Perfect/Bossman, Savage/Crush, Eddie/Test spring to my mind, but I'm sure there are more. :to:
I think they all may have died due to heart issues

I thought it was a hoax...I'm stunned ya'll. I remember cheering for that fool when he beat Honky Tonk Man. I remember jumping for joy when he pinned Hogan. Clean.

These guys from our youth are superheroes. They represent a time and a place that defined my love for "sports".

Heartbreaking.

I think this he read his suicide note I. raw last night :ohhh:

"Every man's heart one day beats its final beat, his lungs breath their final breath. And if what that man did in his life, makes the blood pulse through the body of others, and makes them believe deeper in something larger than life, then his essence, his spirit, will be immortalized by the storytellers, by the loyalty, by the memory, of those who honor him and make whatever the man did live forever."
