I honestly feel Prince didn't have one because he had no kids and both his parents were dead. Just my opinion. I couldn't see any other reason. The one time he did have a child, the baby died right after he was born.

If Prince DID have children' I'm sure he would have had a will.

Also another thing to keep in mind that many of us seem to forget. We think wills are the be all end all, but remember someone may not have a will, but they can have a trust. Remember trusts are more secure because they don't go through probate and its guidelines are more definite compared to a will. He can have a. trust and it could be kept a secret

Also he may not have a will but who knows maybe he had life insurance? He owned his masters also so in any case

Prince has a bunch of siblings and he knew the value of those masters + his vault. His paperwork should’ve been in order.

Today was a celebration of life. His official home going is tomorrow at 2:30, it'll be on BET.

I think it was general advice for black artists but yes, I'd imagine DMX didn't have a will. And given the fact that he had to re-record his music, he must not have been getting much of anything from those album sales beyond the typical royalties.

Prince not having a will still blows my mind. The only way I can understand it is that...maybe as such a devout religious person he simply didn't care about what happened to earthly possessions after death. It's the only thing that makes sense.

I feel you. I still copped though, just to support the family. But that is steep (not steep for Balenciaga, it's cheap for them, but in general, that's a lot for a sweatshirt).
