Listening to it, he probably never said it, just implied what it was, and it's not censored out. Because in the second verse on the uncensored one, he talks about doing coke. So I don't see the purpose of letting him say coke and blocking out saying rock.

He definitely said it. I have had that uncensored version saved for the longest, plus someone posted him saying it on the remastered version

Not at all. My wife sings the original all the time when the part comes up. shyt was floating around with terrible cd quality for a minute.

Its crazy because the singing vocal is beautiful and you would think its such a vital part of the songs mood. But take it out and it becomes 10x better than it was.. nikka literally put his soul on a beat for the world to hear.. "i bare my soul, nikkas wouldn't dare, my role/gives a nikka a heart of gold, but wit a hole/lost all control, my shoulders hold alot of weight..."

Also you can tell this is a different session than the cd version. It almost sounds identical but there are slight nuances in the vocals when he says certain words you can tell its a completely different recording
