I really wish some of ya'll would stop with this shyt. Like I stated, pages back.. my niece was in an accident on Labor day and her brain was without oxygen for 58 minutes. She's not brain dead. She's still in bad shape, but she's nowhere near brain dead. I have a high school classmate thats gone through something similar. He's still alive. Not 'all the way there' but still alive. And its 7 years later.

So please.. just because a brain doesnt receive oxygen for a certain amount of time, doesn't mean 100% brain dead. I'm not tryna be a dikk.. but people are runnin with it, and its not a fact.

Idk if the problem of Fabrice Muamba (Ex football player) is identic to this situation but he stayed like 70+ minutes with his heart stopped.

I tried mentally preparing myself for this since Saturday and I still broke down in tears when I saw RIP DMX on Twitter. I'm sitting here ugly crying playing The Rain. I still can't believe he's gone

I thought after his Verzuz that he was on his way to sobriety and a long healthy prosperous life. That's probably what hurts the most. I thought things were going in the right direction for him

One of the greatest artists of all time. fukk rapper. Artist. Minister. Emotion. Soul. Heart. Gritty. Grimy. Real. He was all that and more

As much as this hurts, I can't imagine how bad his family and friends in the industry are taking this right now

At least we'll all, in time, be able to take solace in the fact that he's finally at peace after battling demons his whole life

His legacy will never die. RIP X
