Sorry breh 170 is very very skinny dc how much muscle u have.

I think lean 185-190 is the best

no homo but ive seen what it looks like and its pretty respectable

i mean they wouldnt look "big" in prison but they would look like they lift(if they did) and were lean

I was 6ft1, 161 for almost a decade until Summer of '08 and I gained almost 20lbs alone

Been hovering around 175-180 since and I run a lot .

Counting calories did a lot for me im still looking to get down to 215 right now im about 226

5'9 195. In Brazillian Jiujitsu shape. Meaning i can do 60 burpees and still grapple an individual with little strain on my energy levels.
