Resident Evil 2 and Code Veronica are GOAT status.
3 was good
Also RE was never hard. ever. frustrating controls but never really difficult. The nostalgia you guys have is funny. Besides the regen is only for one bar of health. You will never regen all of your health in this.
still a day 1 cop.
You out your fukking mind... RE 1 2 3 remake and Zero was very challenging... Never played Code Veronica all the way through, but Zero easily had the hardest final boss...
Don't know why they can't get it right. Dead space was the last survival horror game I played that seemed to have the perfect balance.
lol @ "like COD"
COD is far from the first or the only game to use regenerating health. but it and it's players have become this internet punching bag
They are the problem though. "COD" and games like it are basically the masculine version of shyt like "Cooking Mama"....or it's like what Eminem is to rap music....it's video games for people that don't really play video games. And before people get all mad, I realize some gamers like those games....but most of the people that I talk to, that are die hard COD fanboys, literally play nothing else.
So nah....they shouldn't be catered to by every game that comes out. Those people aren't going to cop "Resident Evil" no matter what you do. This is exactly like when Wii dropped and every company wanted to make bullshyt shovelware for casual gamers.
Fred.
or maybe the premise that they're trying to cater to "COD players" is incorrect
and wtf is "cooking mama"
I play Day Z. it's far from "casual". but it's forums are just full of kids saying shyt like "go back to COD if you wanna pvp" and all this nonsense that has nothing to do with COD. it's just a bandwagon ass thing to say about any style of play they don't like
I think Halo 2 was the game that really popularized regenerating health. but no one's in a hurry to throw it under the bus
Ill still cop once its under 30
Im anticipating a dumbed-down linear experience with pointless DLC, but the game will prolly still be "fun"
