I played through RE5 with my girl and was thoroughly unimpressed, I was hoping they would bring RE6 to current industry standards and actually have a decent, scary game but alas

If this was a new ip and you had zero knowledge of the RE series ud probably dig it more. Some fans just cant be pleased with quality products.

Breh this isn't a quality product. It has legitimate issues such as the camera being zoomed in too much, bad performance, janky controls, lack of tension and scares and last but not least YOUR TOO POWERFUL!!

A true horror survival game needs to make it's players feel underpowered most of the time and make your moves risky. In this you can damn near knife your way through these drunk zombies.

You consider dead space survival horror? I never felt like i was running out of ammo in that game. Just felt like i was runnign out of ammo for a particular weapon. I didnt feel like i was running out of ammo in resident evil 4 either, nor was i afraid of that game. Im sorry but you just need to accept this for what it is. The evolution of resident evil, going more and more globaly as the T virus is weaponized in more advanced ways friend. Maybe you're just desensitized becuase if i saw a zombies head pop off and some parasite start swinging filthy limbs at me, id be nervous a tad there, friend. Maybe they're throw some standard corny zombies in there to pay homage to fanboys but really, i dont need them. Gaming wise, ive evolved past that rubbish.

This is true. I found that to be the most annoying part of the demo. Hopefully it changes between now and the release.

Not feeling this at all. These characters are way too powerful. I played through most of Leons without shooting. You can just run up and beat the shyt out of the zombies too easily.

And what the fukk is this shyt with Chris? It's like a weak mix of Gears & COD.
