Capcom doesn’t give a fukk about CV. And yes Zero is on the same level as CV. CV, Zero, and RE6 are the black sheep’s of the RE franchise. Best believe that shyt is getting the RE3 remake treatment.CV was the highest rated RE game up until it dropped. It helped sell the Dreamcast and was a huge hit when it dropped. People loved that game when it came out. shyt got retconned to be hated. Zero was literally opposite of all that. That game was literally never a big deal. And RE6 literally almost killed the franchise.
This isn’t true at all, CV was very highly rated with critical acclaim and sold well when it originally came out for Dreamcast, it’s only the remaster (CVX) they brought out on PS2 a couple years later that got average reviews mainly because it didn’t add shyt to the original except a a couple more cutscenes with Wesker
It wasn't even hated when CVX dropped. It was more when the remaster came out for PS3. This dumb ass lady on IGN rated like a 4.7 or some wild disrespectful shyt. When in reality the original IGN rating was like a 9.4.

How old are u? Ur just looking back. U didn't live thru it. If u did. U would know that the other RE games sold more because of the multiple versions and ports over the years. So they count all of that together. While Code Veronica only had 2 versions and the Remaster got botched due to IGN giving it a fukked up review.
