Game is straight up fun. I enjoyed RE2 remake but its boring in comparison.
Progression, environments, enemy encounters, bosses, weapons, upgrades, visuals were all hitting for me. Not that invested storyline-wise but its good enough. My favorite game so far this year, Capcom did the thing.

Remake is WAY better. Ship is more open and explorable as well. Graphics are great.

i hate that they cut the sequence where your in the truck and Ashley is driving and your fighting them as they swarm the truck

I been rocking on hardcore mode all this time no wonder the game was so damn annoying at times. I just got to the castle and had to clear out those robed up hooligans. Game is great thus far, really loving the pacing.
In the dreaded water hall. It's actually not terrible. Except when the you can't shot the Granados in the middle of their Ashley grabbing animation. Wasted 4 bullets going right through him.
