Was trying to act Like I was gonna wait for this shyt to go on sale then I got caught up on this thread today and placed my pre-order. I see somebody posting on Reddit that wal-mart was selling physical copies today. Not sure if it’s legit or not.

I skipped this game but I think I’ll cop it. I hate those stiff movements from the original.

The worst part about it.... It really has the making of an excellent game with the train introduction and it just gets worse and worse till the point you just hate it.

Yeah they took the GameCube version and put it on PS4. It was a remaster not remake but I bet they will remake it with the same engine as 2-4 as they should

Going forward post RE4... There is RE1, CV, Outbreak, and possibly 5 up for a remake.


I would be down for an RE1 remake with a expanded beginning... Maybe bring the train sequence from the RE Zero. A little more expanding of the forest area leading up to the mansion.

RE1 CV and 5 could work as a pseudo Wesker Trilogy.

Then, make an original game that bridge Remake universe to 7.

I would still really like Racc00n City spin off game or fukking finish RE3 remake missing half the damn game.

It wasn't just a simple remaster tho. They actually did add things to the gameplay and graphics that wasn't there prior. It was more in the vein of the Metroid Prime Remaster if that makes any sense.
