Because I've been really enjoying it. It's split screen co-op so I play it with my wife. It has a much slower pace than recent RE games and the setting is more horror based than recent games too. What I don't like about it is that a lot of times you get lost and the game does little to tell you what to do next, which is definitely a reminder of the old RE days, but it's something I think we should move on from. Revelations can be found for pretty cheap now and if your a fan of the series you should definitely check it out.
RE6 was a very polarizing game for the RE fans. Personally I loved it. Gameplay wise it was incredible, but the RE fans crucified it for not being a "Real RE game". There's NOTHING survival horror about it. You'll be running as fast as gears of war, hiding behind cover, with a ridiculous amount of ammo and health at your disposal, jumping over obstacles, sliding on the floor and turning onto your back mid slide to shoot zombies that are chasing you. Its a blast to play, but it isn't traditional resident evil. It also has co-op which made it more fun, and it has 3 or 4 separate campaigns. The story is absurd though. Overall fun, just don't go into it taking it too seriously as an RE fan.
I hope a RE2 remake will be more like Revelations than RE6.
