Didn't see a thread on this one in my search.

In many ways its a lot like iZombie...that thread was pretty active so I'm surprised there wasn't already a thread on this.

Its one of those shows that in many ways is like a combination of other shows. It's like, what if "iZombie took place in a semi-Northern Exposure sitcom town, starring a killer alien invader version of Lucas Hood from Banshee?"


You can see most of the "twists" coming a mile away.
But, it made me laugh, so .

I didn't like the tone as much in the 2nd episode. All his plans to murder that little kid.

It's the random fukkery that's said by the various characters that make it funny. The black sherif especially. Alan Tudyk does a great job with the fish out of water shyt too.

Wow, this show is actually a hit. Over 1 million live viewers which I don't think SyFy has done in a while.

I just finished the first episode and liked it a lot, the female lead is cute too.

I just hope this doesn't end up going the way of 'Deadly Class' and 'Happy!'. Deadly Class in particular, I was kind of enjoying. It felt like they just started to find their rhythm before it got the

I took SyFy off the radar after they bodied Deadly Class and Happy!

I'd hate to start this for them to turn around and pull the plug on it. But the Banshee comparison got me interested.

I'd hate to start this for them to turn around and pull the plug on it. But the Banshee comparison got me interested.

I've watched 3 episodes, show is nothing like Banshee outside of a character pretending to be someone he isn't.

Definitely more comedic and quirky, Eureka might be a better comparison. So far it's cool to me, but not sure if I will continue watching despite finding some elements amusing.
