The last book of the main Harry Potter series was released 13 years ago, and the franchise is too legendary for folks to really cancel, on account of it shaping a lot of people's childhoods. You put all those factors together, and you get one book author Diddy dancing through Twitter scandals.

So to these people, it's more about focusing on the enemy they see rather than fighting a ghost.

Yes it's the 2nd biggest sub-forum but the site has 9 other sub-forums (not counting mod/admin only sub-forums) which, combined, dwarf TLR. So no, the majority of this site and it's traffic is not due to TLR.

Matter of fact, a decent chunk of TLR posters are not even known outside of TLR.

There is a heavy conservative/right-wing presence in TLR specifically. And even then the alt-right and/or Trump supporters get shyt on.

Comparing neogaf to this site is a reach. This site is much more mixed.

It's not super progressive, but there's a lot more variance. An LGBT thread has a good mix of people.

NeoGaf has become full-blown far-right.

I posted for years on NeoGaf in its early days before being banned (hence why I ended on TheColi).

I just visited the site now and wow. WTF has happened to that place? Trump supporters, threads with Hitler in black face.....

If ResetEra is harsh on the bans (I got banned form there too lol) and GAF is too loose with its moderating and allowing openly racist threads to exists, I know exactly where I’d rather be.
