I cant find the stat but most black people with college degrees work for the gov. 1, because corporations dont hire us and 2, because whites dont really want gov jobs ; they pay lower than corps.

But this allows black communities like DMV to maintain a middle class

But this next generation of Latinos wont be content to do landscaping and clean hotels, they're going to college via the dream act.

Corps arent going to hire Latinos either. And the cacs who run these gov agencies will be hiring them over our kids.
