Well in all fairness, I think it's normal. I mean yes this happened in colorado, but it was allll over the news and who's to say that their isn't a couple of other cats like this in america that are thinking of the same thing now?

To sit there and laugh cause some folks are now apprehensive is kind of wack, but on that note when I get time this isn't gonna stop me from seeing this movie.

yeah, I think worrying about copy-cats is legitimate

Man I swear people just don't think. One crazy guy doesn't mean there is some coordinated effort to target batman movies across the country. I can understand if it was an al Queda terrorist who did it then there would be reason to stay home but this guy was one lunatic

Nah but one lunatic can inspire other idiots to try the same thing. Lets not pretend like there weren't several copycat incidents after the columbine shooting.

I'm going to go watch this in the hood. It'll be safer

Yeah, you and everyone else who is scared for their lives right now are dumb. That's Not happening again. And if it does, I don't expect the shooter to make it out of the theater alive. nikkas will be on the alert like how we were getting on planes after 9/11

To be fair though, if somebody was to have said before that showing in Colorado that they didn't want to go because they thought it could potentially be a dangerous situation, people would have laughed at them and said there's a zero possibility that somebody would shoot up a movie theater like that.

I'd imagine that it's not the fear of a gunman, but because thinking of the tragedy is hard for most folks to shake.
You're a p*ssy josh. why would nikkas in 49 other states be hard to shake a tragedy they had no ties to? :laff:

This country is p*ssy as fukk.

I'm a p*ssy because I recognize that folks can empathize with other human beings? :rudy:

I just find it a more realistic reason that people wouldn't go see the movie, rather than a fear of getting shot.

I don't blame you for being desensitized to the media coverage, but if you don't think this turned folks off from going to the theaters this weekend, you're naive.

And you literally don't understand empathy
