i pretty much assume that second classness is baked into these organizations and the black members are used to not being mainstream. they probably never can treat a white mason like that, but will enjoy what little power they can get over other blacks.

last time i attended a church it was something like that.

big baptist church. a bunch of white ppl at the top and niccas just below. lots of fine hoes. when i walked in there like 3 fine brainwashed white bytches came running to me. it was heavenly.
them white folks had all their eyes on me.
the assistant pastor who was about my called me up one time to officially have me in the church but i told him i couldnt be owned. he was trying his hardest to own me but i refused. since that day they made it really hard for me. hating on me. talkin sh1t til i got frustrated with the church and left.
only the house negros were allowed to go up in ranks. fuqqin couldnt even dance in the church. i got moves yo. i need bytches to see my moves but they really got the rules locked down. i ain singin like no stiff mf. yall can have your stupid sh1t. i'm out.

the black church is definitely an extension of this. that's why black male attendance is declining and the church is becoming a female house of worship that still maintains a patriarchal hierarchy. it's getting so weird and exploitative that dudes have no use for what used to be an important community institution. today, you will probably find more useful discussions in a barbershop than in a black church.
