After I got my one and only DWI in life, from that point own it was all cabs or designated drivers or friends on standby. Worst case scenario I'd have a female drive me if hitting up a secondary spot. I know someone who got a Super Extreme DUI all he got was 2 weeks in tent city (with 10 work release days), a $5500 fine, and a year with a breathalyzer in his car with a public defender in Mesa. Scottsdale isn't as harsh.
PJ got money for a lawyer he's getting 24hrs, house arrest, fines, and alcohol counseling at the most.
A year with a breathalyzer in your car is mandatory with any DUI in AZ also.

shyt, i would have told him you cant drink and drive in scottsdale, they dont play. i know a woman who had to use a breath analyzer on her car for a year and she was checking into jail on the weekends
