In reality, there are Western Conference teams that shouldn't even be there (Hornets, T'wolves, Grizzlies)

:what:
If you split the league exactly in half, those 3 cities would be in the West, because they're all west of Milwaukee.

Unless you're advocating for uneven conferences in a league with an even number of teams. :dwillhuh:

it could work

thats a bigger market than Sacramento, tbh

Unfortunately those idiots will still own the team.

it also shows the fickle nature of pro American sports fans, but thats another conversation.

The Grizzlies and T'wolves especially don't share natural rivals with those other Western Conference teams. The league is simply clustered to where the majority of the teams east of the Mississippi River. If another team moves East, it's even more clustered. Not much can really be done about it, since there's simply more markets on the East/central side.

A cool idea would be breaking the league up in conferences kinda like MLB and the NFL, but the league doesn't wanna do something that radical.

It's the Bucks breh. There's 2 teams in the East that play in a Central time zone. That would be Chicago and Milwaukee.
I figured Chicago and Indiana were pretty close in terms of being west.

I completely forgot about the bucks :manny:

:what: they just lost a team not even 10 years ago

how do they deserve another?

Because they lost it with a old outdated arena not because they didnt support the team :what:

Now that they have plans to build a new arena theyres no reason they shouldnt get a team before Virginia:what:

For sure. I have seen British football teams that show up and sell out for like 100 years breh, no low attendance and they lose forever. I'm an Aston Villa fan. We suck, our team sells out all the time. American pro sports, other then NY, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia. fans are gone after a few season.
