Lol. We didn't need a report we could see it. It was malpractice on the part of the White House and the Democrats to hide Biden's decline and not having a proper gameplan. Would it have saved the US from another Trump? I don't know but it would have allowed the Democrats to have a better chance and give any potential candidate at least a fighting chance. You can't win an election in 90 days.

his decision to seek reelection at 82 years old, then crash out and stick Dems with his awful VP, handing the election to Trump, was one of the worst moves in American political history. he failed his party, and his countrydoesn't work like that
biden inherited a mess, but he also spent a shytload of money, that contributed to inflation himself. and he totally failed on the border. he had some successes, but his dismal approval rating says otherwise. he was a weak, failed president
