They're already collaborating with various countries. Morocco, I believe Togo, Rwanda, South Soudan already have strong ties to Israël. Probably others too, as evidenced by this move by the AU's President. Togo has been buying Israeli weapons, there's Israeli security professionnals (supposedly "private" ones) in Cameroon,, and Morocco and Togo were cited as using the Pegasus spying software.

Uh, Isreal has money, top tier tech, top tier education. African governments could learn a lot of Israeli. At the very least we could let them help us develop weapons industries in Africa.
