Reparations were already won by blood and bullets. ADOS have participated in every war this countries been in, and the Civil War victory solidified payment and restitution of rights. The Federal Government has shown time and time again it has gone against, and created policy to specifically hurt ADOS. The data supports it and it has merit as a legal claim. Precedent of previous reparations packages passed, means its our time. Its been long overdue, and its time we really bring the Justice Department to the table, and walk this out legally , so we can finally have a resolution that restore ADOS people and descendants economically.
