There is no such thing as socially Biracial in America.
They are biologically Black and White but socially viewed as Black people. That is why a Biracial man/woman can be member of a black frat/sorority, attend Black-only parties, graduations and even be a member of cac-hating Black theology ministry like Obama, and completely blend in as long as their phenotype is predominantly Black.
