Yea, they are not easy to come by but I got lucky. Going into year 3 and my building just installed “Latch” so our phones are now keys, package room, 12 hour doorman, gym, and I can see the lake from my living room. If I wasnt saving for a permanent place, I would just eat the rent increases for a couple more years. Sucks to pay so much but when you find the right place for you, you cant beat it.
